Joined Vizard Oldham Brooke Blain as a Partner in 1999 having been head of the company commercial department at Cumberland Ellis Peirs. He is responsible for the provision of corporate and commercial advice to a wide range of companies, partnerships, associations and businesses. In particular, in recent years, he has personally advised on a number of substantial takeovers and group restructurings as well as the day to day needs of corporate and commercial activity. He has served as trustee of a group pension scheme and vice-chairman of a Lloyds action group.
