Admitted as a Solicitor in 2007, Chris trained with the firm before briefly departing to gain experience in the world of urban regeneration development; returning to Vizards in July 2008. Chris specialises in leasehold commercial property transactions as well as sales and purchases of commercial property but also has experience in dealing with developer-led urban regeneration schemes and mixed-use and mixed-tenure development.
Chris graduated from the University of Manchester in 2004 with a Joint Honours degree in Law & Politics and is currently undertaking a Masters in Sports Law & Practice with De Montfort University Leicester.
A keen sportsman, Chris enjoys playing football, cricket and running and is a member of the firm's Sport's Law team as well as the firms 5-a-side football team.
